GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALE

SUPPLIER IDENTIFICATION

The present e-commerce solution is proposed by Ecoline Wash, based in Via L. Borsari, 5 / A - 43126 Parma (Pr) – ITALY, exclusively for the Ecoline Wash affiliates only, a franchising network of Steam Car Wash at home.

Products are sold through the ECOMMERCE website shop.ecolinewash.com , reachable at the internet address shop.ecolinewash.com , and governed by the following conditions:

 

1) PURCHASE PROPOSAL

By making orders on the shop.ecolinewash.com website, the customer declares to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of sale proposed by the company Ecoline Wash. The sale’s conditions currently in force are published on the website and communicated to the customer at the moment of the order in the order summary e-mail.

If the customer does not accept even one of the conditions proposed by the company Ecoline Wash, the sale can not be completed.

The company Ecoline Wash offers for sale, on the ECOMMERCE website, only and exclusively products related to the steam car wash sector and carries out its business of trading only and exclusively towards end users and its affiliates.

The company Ecoline Wash reserves the right not to process orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.

 

2) SENDING OF THE ORDER

To be able to purchase on the ECOMMERCE website it is necessary to have registered the user. Whenever the customer intends to purchase one or more products, after logging-in into the site with his own credentials, he simply has to enter the products in the shopping cart form with a click. The purchase cart form shows a summary of the selected products, allows the choice of the method of goods’ delivery indicating the cost of shipping (if applied), reports the method of payment and allows before shipping the cancellation of products entered by mistake or the modification of the quantities to be purchased. To proceed with the confirmation of the shopping cart form it is enough to follow the instructions on the screen.

By sending the confirmation of shopping cart module, the customer sends his purchase proposal to Ecoline Wash. The confirmation sending of the shopping cart form implies the consent to receive subsequent communications from Ecoline Wash, which are aimed exclusively to the finalization and execution of the sales contract.

After sending the purchase cart form, the customer receives an e-mail to his e-mail address provided at the time of user registration with a recapitulation of the order. The same e-mail is sent to Ecoline Wash too. The customer must promptly verify that all the data inserted in the e-mail of the order report are correct and in case of any errors he must immediately notify the following e-mail address:

shop@ecolinewash.com , indicating the order number, username and the adjustments to be made.

 

3) ACCEPTANCE OF THE ORDER

Orders will be accepted only and exclusively in compliance with the terms of sale.

After receiving the e-mail order report, the company Ecoline Wash, verified the compliance of the order to its terms of sale and the actual availability of the requested products, sends the customer an e-mail in which he communicates the acceptance of the order. The instructions for payment are also included in the order acceptance e-mail.

After receiving the payment of the full amount of the order, the company Ecoline Wash will process the order by sending an e-mail to the customer with the confirmation of shipment.

The purchase contract stipulated between the customer and the company Ecoline Wash is to be considered concluded only after the sending of the order acceptance e-mail by the company Ecoline Wash.

The data provided by the customer at the moment of the order will be included in the invoice and no change will be possible after the invoice will be issued.

The word "available" displayed at the time of consultation of the product sheet on the ECOMMERCE website shop.ecolinewash.com is purely indicative and guarantees the possibility of multiple purchases at the same time by multiple users. For this reason, the company Ecoline Wash reserves the right, once received the order, to check the availability of the item and, failing that, to promptly communicate the temporary impossibility of accepting the order received.

 

4) CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER

The customer can request without any cost the cancellation of his order only and exclusively before the goods have been sent, by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: office@ecolinewash.com.

 

5) DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS

The company Ecoline Wash will send the goods purchased by the customer via express courier in charge of delivery as soon as possible.

The purchased product will be received by the customer normally in an average time from 1 to 2 working days from receipt of the order and in any case within 10 days at the most.

The delivery times of the goods are indicative as the shipments are managed directly by the courier, and therefore they are not in any way binding for the company Ecoline Wash.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check:

 • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document always attached to the goods and available on the external packaging.

 • that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing strips if present.

In the event that the goods arrive with packaging not suitable for the protection of the same, due to any damage caused by transport, the customer must refuse delivery and immediately notify the company Ecoline Wash that will send them again. In the event that the customer still decides to accept the goods in delivery, he must proceed by complaining to the courier with the inscription "RESERVE OF CONTROL GOODS FOR ............" (indicating the motivation) on the courier’s document of delivery of which he must eventually retain a copy.

It is meant that in the case in which it has not been possible to find on the delivery document of the courier the inscription "RESERVE OF CONTROL GOODS FOR ............ (with indication of the motivation)" and the reporting of damages it is not received at the same time of the delivery, the damage will be considered at the expense of the customer.

In the event that the goods have not been collected within three working days of the courier's notice of passage, it is meant that the costs of storage of the goods at the warehouse of the courier will be charged to the customer if it is found that the latter has not provided a traceable postal address or has not proceeded to book the collection following the courier's notice of passage.

The costs of delivery of the purchased material, if provided, are charged to the customer, indicated in the cart form when purchasing the goods and including an insurance that covers the goods only and exclusively until delivery to the recipient. The transport costs indicated in the shopping cart form do not include the porter for the delivery of goods to the floor, therefore the goods are delivered to the address indicated at street level.

The "average" transport cost for delivery in Italian territory is equal to € 15.00 (VAT INCLUDED).

 

6) PAYMENT METHOD

The only forms of payment accepted for the purchase of products offered for sale on the ECOMMERCE website shop.ecolinewash.com are the bank transfer to be made upon confirmation of the order and the purchase by credit card through the carrier PayPal.

The customer proceeds to purchase the products directly on the site using the cart module. After sending the cart module, the customer automatically receives an e-mail of recapitulation of the order, which shows the list of products, transport costs and payment methods. The e-mail order report is to be considered as a purchase proposal made by the customer. Subsequently the company Ecoline Wash will communicate by e-mail the eventual acceptance of the order reporting the same instructions for the payment.

The order will be processed only and exclusively after receiving confirmation of the crediting by the bank.

 

7) RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You can exercise the right of withdrawal the customer-consumer, that is a physical person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference VAT number.

 

8) WARRANTY

The company Ecoline Wash offers for sale quality products, purchased directly from carefully selected distributors who guarantee careful checks on the quality of the products.

The products offered for sale by the company Ecoline Wash on the ECOMMERCE website shop.ecolinewash.com are covered by the producer's legal guarantee, unless the customer purchases an additional commercial warranty, eventually proposed.

The customer-consumer, in accordance with the provisions of the new consumer protection regulations in the sale of consumer goods, benefits the seller's warranty for defects of conformity for 26 months from delivery of the purchased products, of which 12 months are under the legal guarantee of the producer.

The non-consumer customer, company or professional, who buys for professional purposes or indicating in the registration user and/or in the shopping cart module a VAT reference, benefits exclusively the legal guarantee of the producer (12 months from delivery).

To use the warranty service, the customer must keep the purchase invoice.

The images and technical data supplied with the product sheets published on the ECOMMERCE website shop.ecolinewash.com can be complete and exhaustive of their own characteristics but different, for example, by colour. The images and technical data are those declared by the respective producers of the goods.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the customer-consumer, the company Ecoline Wash has the right not to accept the return of products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.
